John Peluso

John practises exclusively in criminal defence, appearing regularly in the District Court and Supreme Court, with a practice encompassing serious Local Court matters, trials and sentencing proceedings. He also appears in the Industrial Court defending criminal prosecutions arising from workplace safety and industrial matters and is deeply committed to the areas in which he practises.

John has practised across Australia, including Queensland, Western Australia, Victoria and the Northern Territory, and has also appeared internationally, including extended work in Fiji.
