PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Mr Warr specialises in criminal law (trials, sentences and bail applications), proceeds of crime and coronial inquests. Mr Warr has conducted numerous jury trials in the Supreme Court and District Court of New South Wales and many hearings in the Local Court of New South Wales on behalf of accused people. Mr Warr is a member of the Complex Criminal Trial panel for Legal Aid NSW, The NSW and Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecution’s external panel, and the NSW Department of Justice Office of General Counsel’s panel of external counsel. Mr Warr regularly appears on behalf of interested parties at Coronial Inquests and the ICAC.
