About

Prior to his call to the Bar, George practiced as a solicitor at one of Sydney’s leading criminal defence firms and later with the Aboriginal Legal Service in Walgett.

He practices primarily in criminal law and appears in regularly in the Children’s, Local, District, and Supreme Courts across both metropolitan and regional areas of New South Wales.

George is a member of the Legal Aid Criminal Summary, Indictable, Children’s, Mental Health, and Family Law Panels. He also has capacity to appear pro bono in appropriate matters.

He serves as a member on the NSW Bar Association Legal Aid Committee and holds a ferocious hatred to anti-homeless architecture.
